Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Syed Minhal Ali Zaidi, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan, operating RaveClip ("RaveClip", "we", "us", or "our"), which is available at raveclip.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use RaveClip.

1. The Service

RaveClip is an online tool that turns long-form videos into short vertical clips. You provide a video by uploading a file or pasting a link, and RaveClip transcribes it, analyses it with automated and AI systems, and renders captioned clips you can download and edit. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use RaveClip. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at support@raveclip.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Your Content and Licence

You retain all ownership of the videos, audio, links, and other materials you submit ("Your Content"), and of the clips RaveClip produces from them. To operate the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, transmit, and transform Your Content solely to provide the service to you (for example, sending it to our transcription and AI processing providers, and rendering your clips).

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to Your Content, and that your use of RaveClip does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RaveClip to:

• upload or process content you do not have the legal right to use, including copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use;
• create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that violates any person's rights;
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
• resell or redistribute the service itself without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for the clips you create and where you publish them, including compliance with the rules of any platform (such as YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram) and applicable law.

6. AI-Generated Output

RaveClip uses automated and AI systems to select moments, write titles and captions, and score clips. This output is provided on an "as is" basis, may contain errors, and is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing any output before you publish or rely on it.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Paid plans are sold through our third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases. When you subscribe:

• you authorise recurring charges for the plan you select until you cancel;
• subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand;
• prices are shown at checkout and may exclude taxes, which may be added as required by law;
• refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We do not store your full payment-card details; these are handled by our payment provider.

8. Third-Party Services

RaveClip relies on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, and AI/transcription. Your use of the service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

RaveClip, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform itself.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that any clip will achieve any particular reach, engagement, or result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaveClip and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RaveClip and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using RaveClip and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability) will survive.

14. Changes

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
