Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of RaveClip, operated by Syed Minhal Ali Zaidi (a sole proprietor based in Pakistan). It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using RaveClip you agree to these rules.

In short: RaveClip is an editing tool that turns your own videos into short clips. Only upload content you own or have the right to use, and don't use RaveClip to create deepfakes, impersonate anyone, or make sexual, illegal, or harmful content.

1. What RaveClip Is

RaveClip transforms and clips video you upload or link. It trims, reframes, captions, and edits your own footage. RaveClip does not generate synthetic faces, face-swaps, or deepfakes, and it does not clone or impersonate the voice of any real person. Our optional AI voiceover is generic text-to-speech that reads a script you provide, in a synthetic voice, and it is not a clone of any specific individual.

2. Content You May Upload

You may only upload, link, or process content that:

you own, or that you have the necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use; and
you have the right to edit and publish in the way you intend.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for the clips you publish, including compliance with the rules of any platform you post to (such as YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram) and with all applicable laws.

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not use RaveClip to create, process, or distribute content that:

is a deepfake, face-swap, or otherwise synthesises or manipulates a real person's likeness or voice without that person's explicit consent;
impersonates any person or organisation, or is intended to deceive or defraud;
is sexual, pornographic, or NSFW, or sexualises minors in any way;
infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence;
promotes self-harm, illegal goods or services, or dangerous activities;
contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Honest Representation

Don't use RaveClip to produce content that spreads misinformation or that you present in a deliberately misleading way. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-assisted output before you publish or rely on it.

5. Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this policy, we may remove content, limit or suspend your access, or terminate your account, with or without notice, and we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Nothing here limits our rights under the Terms of Service.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is using RaveClip in violation of this policy, contact us at support@raveclip.app and we will review it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of RaveClip after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
